Animated AVIF support

Steps to reproduce

Download AVIF animations into tachiyomi local

Try to open animation like a manga.

Sample pictures that play in chrome included.

Expected behavior

Full animation plays like a gif.

Actual behavior

Only plays the first frame of the animation.
