Why is the license for the R bindings of symengine GPL? Ideally it should be under the same license as symengine itself

I was following the license of R itself (which is GPL-2 | GPL-3).
If there is concern on that, I am happy to switch it to MIT license (suppose everyone agree).

I think we should change, but there might be more authors that need to agree. Any comments on this @isuruf or @certik?
