Team Block Tutorial - make images URLs

Hi there,

I just followed the tutorial to create a Custom Team Block from Syamil - all was easy and successful, I now have a nice custom block!

One thing I am struggling with though, is making the profile picture "clickable". I would want any site visitor to be able to click on the persons name (which I have figured out) or image and click through to another specified page - this might be their full profile page or a specific category post page.

I am struggling with this, however, and am unsure as to whether I need to add something to the avatar variable or hardcode it somplace else.

Any help here would be welcomed - this seemingly easy task is proving far too difficult!

Please am interested in this also, i would like to have a permlink to the "title and image" on "the team tab", Please anyone is welcome to help, i have been trying to figure this out, am unable to get it right!
