• 2FA enabled at https://www.amazon.com/a/settings/approval/addbackup
• We register a 2FA app with Alexa Media Player.
  • Go to Amazon.com's 2FA page and Add new App. You should save this key so you can reuse it if you reinstall.
  • Instead of scanning the QR code, select Can't scan the barcode.
  • Select the bolded value under Enter your Key (e.g., 35T5 LQSY I5IO 3EFQ LGAJ I6YB JWBY JJPR PYT7 XPPW IDAK SQBJ CVXA)
  • Enter the value from Step 3 in the Built-in 2FA App Key when adding the integration.
  • 2FA should be automatically generated from now on and can be left blank.

amazon.de
danach nur noch klicken (nix mit 2FA) machen.
Amazon's website opens, asks for OTP.
You enter SMS stuff.
Done.

Ich rate: damit das o.a. funzt, muss initial in Amazon eine 2FA App hinterlegt sein. Diese füttert auch dann das 2FA token

Most recent experience from ...

• open anon browser and login to amazon
• open https://www.amazon.de/a/settings/approval and enable 2FA
• use an app and no phone numbner
• copy the code (cannot scan the code, G3WOxxxxxxxxxx)
• scan the QR code with google authenticator
• enter the OTP code
• done with 2FA

Now to Media player

• run anon browser (to not confused amazon with my main account)
• amazon.de
• enter username/password
• enter the long code from amazon without blanks
• internal http://192.168.178.83:8123
• public http://192.168.178.83:8123
