Type of notifications

with blueprints
- use hardwired devices (e.g. "Send a camera snapshot when motion is detected")
for info only:
- use persistent notification
for critical action:
- use notify service with hardwired device
for normal action:
- use scripts and distinguish between present and non-present people

Cleaned in all automations (/)

check which elements in notification.yaml I actually use, remove the rest.
