I got the esp and the microphone as a bargain on AliExpress lately and thought to build my own level meter.
Unfortunately, I only get -inf in the console. As I am a complete rookie in this, there are many possibilities for failure.
What can I check?
Is the microphone working? Is my cabling correct? Any hint is welcome!
