Invite links can't pull sats from attached wallets - what do?

Options:

• You need to pay for invite links in advance and then they get fee credits.
• Invitee gets a notification which they can use to send them their gift.

However, this gift would become fee credits anyway if they don't have a wallet attached yet which is most likely the case if they just joined. The notification could also solve #1394.

• Invite links somehow attach the wallet of the invitee with the gift as a budget via some NWC magic?!
