[esdac] tag country keyword as location #42

in EUDASM the country keyword is currently extracted as any of the keywords, instead tag the country keyword as keyword from a country thesaurus

Optimal thesaurus is probably http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/country, because it has quite some countries in the world
