When calling
** Expected behaviour **

xs = [(-1, '23456789')]
post = take_last_while(lambda i: i[0] == 0, xs)
assert post == []

** Current behaviour **

xs = [(-1, '23456789')]
post = take_last_while(lambda i: i[0] == 0, xs)
assert post == [(-1, '23456789')]
