Copy from issue generate lots of unneeded information

When pasting the issues from the issue list widget
It shows the state, short ref, title, and the full url

When pasting it into GitHub comment, it's really duplication of all of it, as below:

I think we should have two options, GitHub markdown, and maybe pure text for emails (maybe we could do HTML for email/google doc).

Anyhow we don't want go over that list and edit it every time we'll want to report it to somewhere.
