Hugging face Space - No Space Left on Device - TPU memory leak?

@sanchit-gandhi - return of TPU memory leak?
Err 28 Not Enough Space on Device Error on Hugging Face Whisper Jax Space
Possibly a reccurence of issue 188
The error had been getting more and more frequent, however all requests are now erroring
Would be eternally grateful if you could work your magic to fix as you did before please.

@sanchit-gandhi - please can you look at this , I Imagine it's a quick fix if it's the same problem as issue 188

Do you need any other information in order to troubleshoot?

There are dozens of reports of this not working on Huggingface. Have also tried Twitter to reach you. Please could you have a look at look at it.
