How to be a maintainer

Steps:

1. current maintainer pings Sean & team to say what's up
2. set you up with permissions:
3. • heroku deploy permissions
4. • github maintainer permissions
5. • slack maintainer channel invite
6. Tasks:
7. • deploy weekly (we take turns, currently friday afternoons)
8. • if you have time&energy - review and merge PRs - friendly is good (someone needs to do it, but it doesn't have to be you)
9. • answer questions in slack sometimes
10. • help out with urgent code changes as needed (if available)
