Search bar disappears when changing window width

The Problem:
Purple search bar disappears after increasing window width from below 960px to over 960px.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open wiki and change window width to below 960px, and the pruple searchbar will appear
2. Click the magnifying glass icon, so the purple bar will disappear
3. Change window size to above 960px and Searchbar will be completly gone.
