This task updates https://github.com/rancherlabs/swiss-army-knife with more up-to-date tools, services, etc.

Ubuntu -> Micro SLES
Drone -> GitHub Action
Docker -> Containerd (tools)
Add Echo server for testing http
Updating packages (ipsec -> wireguard)
