Describe the bug
Allow version upgrade only from current version to next minor version for imported GKE cluster. Issue not present for Rancher provisioned GKE cluster.
If attempted otherwise, the operation fails with error:

To Reproduce

  • Import GKE cluster which is on lowest supported k8s version
  • Upgrade version to highest supported version from Rancher
