enable one shot lock

Hi,

I want to have one shot feature in my Lily58 especially the one shot lock.
The basic feature as sticky key works however I am unable to lock it following instruction to repeatedly press it x number of times.

Is there something else needed to be done or I need to put it inside tap dance?
