To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior (if applicable):

Go to NLP Tutorial n2
Click on 'first tutorial'
See error, page not found

Expected behavior

I believe it should link here:
https://pytorch.org/tutorials/intermediate/char_rnn_classification_tutorial.html
