Add Aidge to project documentation examples

Hi!
I'm currently finishing the release of the aidge project, an open source deep learning library focused on embedded systems.

I have found the list of projects examples almost only comport example with github actions.
This is why I would like to propose to add our project to the list as it has only been done in gitlab-ci.
It uses cuda as an optionnal backend which can be interesting to add.
Currently only linux releases have been done, but it will be added in the future.

Let me know what you think of that !

You are welcome to add it in a PR, that page comes from docs/data/projects.yml. The docs get updated periodically from there.
