[Bug Report]- scrolling error in navigation bar

Describe the bug
Navigation bar can't scroll back after a user zoomed in on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://tw.pycon.org/2024/zh-hant.
2. Zoom in to a percentage above 125%
3. Click on the ">" button:

4. Click on "<" button then see the error

Expected Behavior

The navigation bar should return to its original state after scrolling left:
