Document how access is granted

Introduction

We don't answer this question often, so it would be good to document how it works. Access to AbID is managed by having access to any sort of edit functionality in aspace. aspace access is managed by special collections staff.

Acceptance criteria

• the README has a section about how to grant access to AbID.
