From the official advisory:

can be exploited by logged-in users only to load and run a remote (malicious) Javascript in a logged in browser.

But that template doesnt have a login request, like CVE-2017-3131 or CVE-2017-3133. Also check the youtube video https://youtu.be/fcpLStCD61Q
