We don't currently version our templates for tools. For instance, iar_arm is using IAR syntax valid for v7.x, thus we should start describe better what our tools provide.

For iar, it would be iar_arm_v7 for instance (iar_arm would be for the latest one always). uvision has also v4 and v5. In many cases , changes are not backward compatible and not everybody can afford updating their tools. However, we won't support all versions in the long run!
