Add version badge to probr-sdk #11

Using the same approach as is found in github.com/probr/probr-core, we need to add a version badge to this repository.

This will allow users to see at a glance whether the current code that has been pulled matches the latest semver release.

Acceptance Criteria

The semver badge has been properly implemented in the probr-sdk repo
