If you visit this page of the french wiki. You will notice a small translation issue (check screenshot).

In the sentence:

Le Circle size doit être égale ou inférieure à 4 or lower.

The part or lower should not be present.

2

Given Circle size is used with le. égale is not using the correct genre and should be written égal.
