While the page is being refreshed for the new language selected, the changelog seems to generate a clone of the user graph.
This only happens for that short period of time, which may vary depending on your internet connection.

Since this issue occurs while the page is refreshing, you can interrupt the loading and repeat the process indefinitely, causing unwanted mess. Here's an example (showing the devtools, so you can see which element is being duplicated):
I use the website with a different zoom level, but testing with it at 100% still reproduces the issue.
