Failed to initialize encoder

$ go version
go version go1.13.2 linux/amd64
$ go run main.go 
http://localhost:8000
2021/03/24 18:02:25 Failed to initialize encoder
exit status 1

As soon as I open localhost:8000 in my browser, it crashes with the "failed to initialize encoder" message.

libvpx3 and libvpx-dev is installed.
