404 on links that say "Learn more about this change"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load up the planet plugin and sign in to an account that has some saved searches
2. Load a saved search that has a legacy asset
3. Click "Learn more"
4. Click "Continue without updating"
5. In the "Daily Imagery" search tab - click "Learn more about this change"

Expected results:
3) Link is valid
5) Link is valid

Actual results:
3) Link doesn't go anywhere (if you right click and copy the link it just says "psscene")
5) Link goes to a 404 (https://developers.planet.com/docs/data/psscene/faq)

I am not sure if the link has changed or if that faq has been removed. @astrong19 do you know the correct link?

While 5) has been fixed, 3) has not. I can still reproduce 3). I see the code change in there so I'm not sure what's going on.

Maybe it is mangling the "/" and only pulling the text after the last "/"?
