As per the document: https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb/v8.1/sql-plan-management#baseline-evolution

"Baseline evolution is an experimental feature. Unknown risks might exist. It is NOT recommended that you use it in the production environment."

Can you please add a note if this is still the case? If not, can we get rid of it from the other document?
