I achieved it by using the -code option with the desired language code.
The pattern is as follow : {Set code}/{Card number}/[{Language}]. Language is optional and the 2-3 language code.
For instance, NEC/172/fr -code (or equivalently NEC/172/fr -cd) will produce the french version of Opal Palace.
