Describe the bug
I have a multi mode PDB with 1000 models.
The file is break into individual models.
PLIP run fine for 68 models but then stop in one of them, taking forever without returning any report.
The "bad" model is attached here.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Just run 'plip -f model.pdb -t -q -s'

Expected behavior
Report the interactions.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser Firefox
  • Version 107

Additional context
I run this in three different OS with the same result.
To test, remove the "log" extension from the attached file.
