We would like to have the Visa Tab not displayed by default, but instead be enabled based on a configuration - like a feature flag.

Relates to: #231

Detailed Description

  • Visa Tab not shown by default
  • Visa Tab will show when feature flag is enabled
  • Documentation added to Readme to explain how to configure Passport Login button and enable the Visa tab
