So for me option 2 is the best because :
As is I mean, cos maybe having a magic button in the center could generate more interest by the customer (I'm thinking about the blue star in Tinder app kind of magic button) |

I have a few clarifying questions: In all options, the display would only happen for customers whose characteristics show that they are linked to a platform catering account? So like normal customers would not see it right?

Ok so we can all have the same shared definition for the feature :
So ! If our target is the business customer. And not every customer. 1. It's a button that can be "activated" for the business staff account. BUT can be visible with a light fade for all customers. When others normal customers click on the "bob's icon", it could make appear a pop up or page that explain the platform catering order system. 2. The limit ordering time shouldn't be shown like the Option 2. Because, is it's an order for 40 people, it's not gonna happens is they select just 2 restaurants from the list. It could be nice to ask our restaurant, what maximum order they can handle in which time the order is made before service, for example :
And make 2 or 3 delivery schedules : Like 12h, 13h and 13h30. 3. It seems easier this way, for the devs. Less misunderstandings than option 2, that can be more difficult to understand what's happening on this screen. 4. The warning about option 1, for me, is the secret - hidden aspect. It could be great to talk about this together with more screens supports ! |

For platform catering we will have clients who at 8pm on a thursday will want to buy a hamburger in the normal way on the normal platform, but then the next morning at 9am may want to do a group platform catering order
we need a way to differentiate between these two situations for the customer both in the app and on the web. So far we have 3 ideas, if you can either pick one of the three options you like, or suggest something else, that would be great.
Option 1 - Use the left menu
Option 2 - Insert into the restaurant homepage
In the main restaurant menu page, have a new "card" appear at the top of the list when it is available to be ordered (before cutoff time) that takes you to a new restaurant menu page that only has the options available for that hub. Note that the "make a group order" and the search bar would disappear if you scroll down
Main page
After clicking the business platform catering account option
Option 3 - Change menu arrangement
Move search bar to the top, add icon below for business account platform (implies only one business platform per user)
Main page
After clicking the icon in the bottom left
