If you want to manually "cache" the file, put it at: brew ruby -e 'puts AbstractFileDownloadStrategy.new(ARGV[0], nil, nil).cached_location' "$url" Where Note that this implementation detail may change without notice. |

Description of issue
The terminal was unable to download the “go--gobootstrap” when cliper was installed, and did not recognize the “go--gobootstrap“ which was manually downloaded and transferred to homebrew's cache directory yet.
