Description of issue

OpenMSX 19.1 requires TLC 8.6 but formulae installs with TLC 8.5

Judging by https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/HEAD/Formula/o/openmsx.rb it depends on the macOS version of TCL. If that isn't possible please suggest a command we can run in the test block to see if the app works correctly.
