CPAN tries an ftp link that does not work

Hi,

I am installing weechat, which need Perl, and some perl libs. But the installation hangs on that:

When looking at the processes with htop, I see that cpan is trying to download the package from ftp://mir1.ovh.net/ftp.cpan.org/authors/01mailrc.txt.gz, which seems to be invalid. Cpan first tried with lynx, then curl, then wget. I hope it will timeout sometime and try with an http link…

Is there a way to change the mirror? Or to signal a dead mirror to the cpan community ?
