BO - Distinguish localized fields

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
Some models have translated fields but those one are not distinct. E.g: in the following screenshot, only the field "title" is translatable but how to guess it?

Translatable fields should be distinct from other at least visually (text message?, input border color?)
