Define SemConv conventions for logs emitted by CICD pipelines, pipeline runs, stages, steps, …

How should we distinguish logs emitted by any tools executed as part of any pipeline steps from any logs emitted by worker agents or the controller related to a specific pipeline run (or step, …)?
