Feature request: ability to filter unlabeled Images and option to set classification tags as compulsory

Feature 1: Filter Unlabeled Images
Currently, the app lacks the functionality to filter unlabeled images specifically.

Feature 2: option to set Classification Tags as Compulsory
The app currently does not provide an option to make the classification tags compulsory for all image entries. Even if the image doesn't have any tag, we are able to proceed to the next image.
