[FEATURE] write Parquet layerstats directly #1045

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
https://github.com/onthegomap/planetiler/tree/main/layerstats creates tsv files, it would be more compact and easier to analyze in Duckdb with parquet directly.

Describe the solution you'd like
use parquet dependency to write a parquet file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
tsv is twice the size compressed, lets eliminate it in favor of parquet.

Additional context
I plan on tackling this.
