Because all Obsidian Publish pages share a single domain it is nontrivial to set up Dark Reader or a custom stylesheet for just Obsidian Hub. It would be preferable to just be able to use the dark theme.

Just to make sure I understand, are you asking to be able to view the Obsidian Hub website in dark mode?

@argenos Hi, we've had another request to enable dark mode on the Hub publish site.
I looked previously and I don't have permission to change it.

Please could you apply these settings to the Hub Publish settings? Many thanks.
