Update 'How to add your theme to the community theme store' for the 1.0 Theme Migration Guide #531

In #528, the name of the CSS file was kindly updated to the new CSS naming convention in: How to add your theme to the community theme store

I feel that the 'Preparing your repository' section should probably be updated for the changes described in the 1.0 Theme Migration Guide.
