载入多图片md文件出现使用卡顿 #887

最近从之前旧版的插件更新到作者重构后的插件, 在打开有多图片md文件的时候, 发现使用上不再流畅
具体表现有:

左侧文件列表点击切换很迟滞. 首先, 打开一个md文件之后, 需要等待一段时间, 才能去点击文件列表中同层级md文件,
不等待直接点会出现很长时间不反应, 等反应过来, 就变成了打开刚才点击的md文件了.
其次, 点击文件列表中几个同样拥有大量图片的md文件, 标签的切换速度也有比较明显的迟钝感觉,
