建议：漫画详情页面三个tag增加横划切换，页面预加载 #150

如题。感觉加了横划切换章节评论推荐三个tag比较方便。排行榜页面的都可以滑动切换但详情页不行。
还有希望大大能做出搜索分类结果以及评论页面预加载，每次都得点下一页等待转圈。

这块主要是技术受限

排行榜左右滑动因为不同排行榜元素大小一样, PageView里面套了三个一样大的ListView.

评论, 章节, 推荐, 他们三个高度都是不固定的. 做成两个滚动组建会发生手势歧义.

预加载是可以实现的, 考虑到流量问题并没有做, 很多用户网络并不怎么样.
