Update the documentation about docker to include this issue, reported through the mailing list. The solution is:

service docker stop
dockerd --storage-opt dm.basesize=30G

I assume this is an issue when the working directory is not mounted in?

Moved from MRIQC - the idea being to add this as a FAQ or similar in the main nipreps documentation site, making clear that this is relevant if we do not mount a working directory.
