An initial stable release of the most awesome mobile video chat in the known universe.

Includes various small bugfixes and UX improvements based on feedback and issues found during the beta phase.

v0.2.0 - For the crazy ones

• added ability to import accounts from the Nextcloud Files app
• added in-call controls (camera & microphone toggle, switch camera, end call)
