Currently the ai2html resizer function doesn't work correctly when an ai2html graphic is on a hidden page of a slideshow.

Another consideration is how to support full-bleed slideshows (where the image fills the entire browser viewport). When the artboard aspect ratio is different from the aspect ratio of the viewport, should the graphic overflow, or should should it be scaled to fit?
