ngadminui: create new component object within layoutedit: The route is not allowed in the current SiteAccess #5

open ngadminui
edit existing layout
add new component layout element for example Hero
select create new in right menu
than you get the following error message

https://127.0.0.1:8000/ngadminui/content/create/proxy/ng_component_hero/eng-GB/407#ngl-component/2330bbd4-775b-4e0d-b1c8-d83258eafaea/en_GB

=> The route is not allowed in the current SiteAccess
