java.lang.SecurityException: Media projections require a foreground service of type ServiceInfo.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_TYPE_MEDIA_PROJECTION

targetSdkVersion>28 不要使用，录屏需要有前台服务否则直接崩溃，作者已经不更新了，不支持，慎用！！
