版本2.4
nacos.inetutils.ip-address=172.16.158.130
重启nacos，查看端口，绑定的仍然是本机所有ip的8848端口

netstat -nap|grep 8848

tcp6 0 0 :::8848 :::* LISTEN 336383/java
