Editing compatible version tag for existing uploads is still missing. #2475

Please confirm the following.

I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Microsoft Edge

Describe the bug

Version tag editing in existing uploads is not available compared to when publishing a new upload.

Steps to reproduce

Publish a version upload.
Edit version upload.
Find version tag section to edit (which doesn't exist).

Only when publishing a new version you can find the version tag section available for editing.

Expected behavior

It should be available for editing.

Additional context

Windows 11 23H2, HP Victus 15 (2023) FA1XXX, only a month old after device migration.
